Recipe: New Season Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Apples seeded, diced
  • ½ cup Oats or cold Oatmeal
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon (more or less according to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • a few Ice cubes

Blend until smooth(ie) and enjoy!
