Recipe: New Season Apple Cinnamon Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Apples seeded, diced
- ½ cup Oats or cold Oatmeal
- ½ tsp Cinnamon (more or less according to taste)
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 frozen Banana
- a few Ice cubes
Blend until smooth(ie) and enjoy!
