Recipe: Ginger Beet Apple Flu Shot
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- ½ Lemon, keep the zest, peel
- 1 small Apple, cored
- 1 small raw Beetroot
- 1 inch fresh Ginger (or a ½ inch if it’s too strong)
Put all the ingredients through a juicer, if you have one.
If you do not have a juicer, blend well then pour into a bowl through a nut bag, a muslin cloth or a clean tea towel. Once most of the juice is through, gather up the corners of the cloth and start to twist and squeeze out the rest of the juice.
Pour into a glass and drink.
(You can used the pulp in another smoothie.)
