Cacao/cocoa is a great addition to your smoothies as it’s rich in antioxidants. Add a little coffee to the mix and you have a great pick-me-up for breakfast or when you need a snack to keep you going – say, right around mid afternoon when many of us seem to falter or feel a lack of energy.
