Recipe: Metabolism-Boosting Coffee Smoothie
Serves
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1?2 cup Water
- 1 1?2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 1 serving Science-Smart SuperCharged Smoothie Mix or 1 serving other recommended Protein Powder, OR 20g of any Protein, e.g. 1 cup Cottage Cheese (220 cals), OR 1 cup Greek Yogurt (120 cals), OR 1 cup Oats (17g protein; 375 cals)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons Espresso powder or 2 tablespoons brewed strong black coffee, cooled
- 1 Banana, peeled
- 1?2 cup fresh or frozen sliced Peaches
- 1?4 cup peeled, roughly chopped fresh or frozen Carrots
- 1?2 cup frozen chopped Mustard Greens
