Kicking a bad habit is always a good thing, right? Like when we decide to be more healthy and actually have some breakfast to stop us snacking, in the office or in the kitchen, mid morning. I used to think skipping breakfast was a good way to save calories but it didn’t really work as I’d be starving before coffee break.
So I’m with Melanie at GatherForBread when she says …

Recipe: Melanie’s Pineapple Coconut Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 handful of Ice
- 1 cup frozen Pineapple chunks
- ¼ cup plain or vanilla Yogurt
- ¼ cup Coconut Milk
- ¼ cup Milk, your choice
- ½ tablespoon unsweetened Coconut
- 1 Tbsp. milled Flax seed, to up the nutrients (optional)
Blend until smooth, pour into a glass, sip and enjoy.
