Recipe: Mari’s Fruity Smoothies for Two


  • 1 ripe peach, pitted
  • 100g ripe mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Sweetener to taste (if needed), raw agave syrup or pitted soft dates for example
  • 1 tsp bourbon vanilla or vanilla extract to taste

Optional additions:

  • superfoods, plant protein powders, soaked nuts and seeds, 1 tsp cold pressed coconut oil
  • 100ml red berries for colour and extra antioxidants
