Human curiosity is never satisfied. It’s the same with our tendency to make mistakes. But with this original, healthy and yummy smoothie, there’s no mistake! Not unless you don’t like mangoes? (How can someone not like mangoes!!)

There are many ways to detoxify our body, may it be organic or supplements. This organic smoothie (from Bintu at RecipesFromaPantry.com) you are about to discover is unique and delish!

Just start preparing your mangoes, almond milk and matcha, then fire up your blender to create your marvelous mix.

Not familiar with Matcha? It’s a supplement, a ground green tea powder that is considered to be top notch amongst teas. According to Bintu, its extremely high in antioxidants and helps boost your energy levels.

Recipe: Mango Matcha – Big Booster Smoothie!

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 large ripe Mango peeled and stoned

  • ½ tsp Matcha ( Bintu used teapigs organic matcha)

  • ½ tsp minced Ginger

  • 240ml (1 cup) Almond Milk

  • Date or Maple Syrup to taste (optional)

Tips:

  1. For non vegans – use 125ml (1/2 cup) Greek yoghurt and 125ml (1/2 cup) water instead of the almond milk.

  2. Want a stronger taste? Add more matcha if you like.

  3. This smoothie is also great along with cookies. But don’t over-do the cookies!
