Recipe: Mango Coconut Orange Smoothie Meal
Serves 2; approx 330 cals each
Ingredients:
- 2 medium Oranges, with zest
- 1 medium Banana
- 1 cup / 165 g Mango chunks, frozen
- 3 tbs Coconut
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 cup / 110 g grated Carrots
