Recipe: Mango Avocado Green Smoothie for Beginners

  • 6 oz nonfat Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 medium Avocado
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2-3 Tbsp Water
  • Optional: 1/2-1 cup Spinach (add 7 cals/cup)

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
