Recipe: Low Calorie Summer Peach n Mango Smoothie

Serves 2 x 1 cup; 184 cals


  • 2/3 cup Peaches, sliced
  • 2/3 cup Mango pieces
  • 2/3 cup Peach Nectar*
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (to taste, optional)
  • 1 (6-ounce) carton organic peach fat-free Yogurt

Blend and enjoy.


(Adjust the calories as necessary.)

  1. Substitute homemade coconut milk for the sugary peach nectar for a tropical flavor and healthier drink.
  2. Use Maple syrup instead of honey.
  3. Add 1/4 cup oats and 1 tablespoon flax seeds – it will still be relatively light on calories.
