It’s always a treat to include fresh berries when you can in a smoothie, but frozen is good, too, and saves you adding ice which will dilute the flavor. Recipe: Low-Calorie Fresh Berry and Yogurt Smoothie
Serves 2; approx 180 cals per serving
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Blueberries
- ¾ cup Blackberries
- 5.3 ounce pack Greek Yogurt, natural, low-fat or non-fat
- 1 cup vanilla Soy Milk, or your milk of choice, unsweetened
- 1 whole Banana
Blend and enjoy.
