Recipe: Lose Weight With This Meal Replacement Smoothie
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 avocado, pitted
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- Handful of ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed until very smooth.
