Recipe: Lose Weight With This Meal Replacement Smoothie
Ingredients (Serves 2)

1 Avocado, pitted
1 cup fresh Spinach
1 large ripe Banana, frozen if possible
1 tablespoon natural Peanut Butter
1 cup Milk
Handful of Ice cubes, if your banana is not frozen
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed until very smooth.
