The smoothie is not at all sour or bitter!! I honestly was a little afraid of that happening. It has 20 grams of protein and only 17 carbs. The recipe makes for 2 cups!! I think this is the perfect on the go breakfast!!

Recipe: Light Lemon Meringue Smoothie
Serves 1-2 (makes 2 cups)
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt, plain
- 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice, roughly 1 Lemon
- 1 cup non-fat Milk
- ¼ tsp. Coconut Extract
- ¼ tsp. Stevia to taste
- 1 cup of Ice
Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
