Lene gives two amounts for the raspberries, which confused me initially. When I read it again I saw that if you use frozen fruit then the first applies, and if you have fresh fruit then use the second measure. I assume frozen fruits weigh heavier than fresh, something I hadn’t thought about before. So that will affect the calorie-count, if you are counting calories.
