Recipe: Jenn’s Lifeline Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie
Serves 2-3; 157 cals; 4.6 g fiber
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened Non Dairy Milk, soy, or nut milk
- 2 over-ripe Bananas, peeled, fresh or frozen
- 2 heaping tbsp organic natural Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp pure Maple Syrup
- 1.5 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3-4 Ice cubes
Blend until smooth and enjoy without guilt.
