Recipe: Jenna’s Creamy Cantaloupe Smoothie
Serves 2 large smoothies
Ingredients:
- 1 Cantaloupe, seeded scooped out and roughly chopped
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt (I wouldn’t recommend using nonfat because it won’t turn out as creamy)
- 2 tbsp Honey, adjust to taste
- 1 cup Ice
Blend and enjoy.
