Recipe: Jenna’s Creamy Cantaloupe Smoothie

Serves 2 large smoothies


  • 1 Cantaloupe, seeded scooped out and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (I wouldn’t recommend using nonfat because it won’t turn out as creamy)
  • 2 tbsp Honey, adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Ice

Blend and enjoy.
