Recipe: Healthy Strawberry Banana Smoothie 2 Ways
Make this delicious smoothie recipe as a smoothie bowl or as a drink. Add 1/2 cup almond milk for the smoothie bowl and 1 cup for the smoothie drink. If you decide to add 2 tablespoons chia seeds then you may want a little more milk or water for the drink. The calories estimate is calculated on 1 tbs, so the count will be higher if you add more.

- 1 cup Strawberries* fresh or frozen
- 1 ripe Banana*
- ½-1 cup Almond Milk
- 2 tablespoons Oats*
- 1-2 tablespoons Chia seeds*
