Recipe: Healthy Strawberry Banana Smoothie 2 Ways
Make this delicious smoothie recipe as a smoothie bowl or as a drink. Add 1/2 cup* almond milk for the smoothie bowl and 1 cup* for the smoothie drink. If you decide to add 2 tablespoons chia seeds then you may want a little more milk or water for the drink. The calories estimate is calculated on 1 tbs, so the count will be higher if you add more.

Ingredients:
1 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen
1 ripe Banana
½-1 cup* Almond Milk
2 tablespoons Oats
1-2 tablespoons Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Almond Slices
Save a few bits of each ingredient to decorate the top of your smoothie or smoothie bowl.
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
