Recipe: Healthy Green Smoothie in Disguise – Just 250 Calories to Boot!

Serves 2; approx 250 cals each

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup Water
  • 2 cups / about 165 g Pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium Avocado, ripe, halved and pitted
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • ½ cup Ice cubes

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
