Cacao nibs are made from pure cacao beans that come straight out of the tropical cacao fruit. They have an amazing nutritional profile and a strong, dark flavour with just a touch of sweetness. I love them!

Recipe: Health-Boosting Chocolate Ginger Smoothie
Serves 1-2; makes approx 24 oz (750 ml)
Ingredients:
- 1 heaping cup chopped, ripe Pear (1-1/2 Medium)
- 3 Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup raw Cashews
- 1-1/2 cups Almond Milk
- 1-1/2″ fresh Ginger
- 1 cup Ice
- 2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
- 1-2 Tbsp raw Cacao Powder, optional, if you want it more chocolatey
Blend everything except the Cacao Nibs until smooth. Add them and pulse again for a crunchy texture.
