Recipe: Gut Healing Kefir Smoothie
Serves 1; approx 341 cals
Ingredients:
- 2 cups / 308 g frozen Peaches
- 1 frozen Banana
- 2” / 22 g piece Ginger
- 1 cup / 8 oz / 240 ml Coconut Water
- 1/2-1 cups / 4-8 oz / 120-240 ml Kefir, or coconut milk kefir
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
