I like broccoli, especially raw in a summer salad my wife makes the raisins, mayonaise and I don’t know what else. But it’s great! Lovely & crunchy. But I’d never thought of adding broccoli to a green smoothie (why not?) until I came across this interesting recipe from Tracy Russell at IncredibleSmoothies.com

Ingredients
2 bananas, peeled
1 cup frozen broccoli
1 tablespoon chia seeds, soaked for a few minutes
3 cups baby spinach
8 ounces unsweetened almond milk
