I find sweet delicious grapes are amongst the less common ingredients in a smoothie – I don’t know why because any time I’ve used them the results have been good. There really are few fruits you can exclude from your favorite breakfast smoothie – just don’t put them all in at the same time, lol!

If you’re not a fan of kefir [or cannot get it near you], sub in milk or Greek yogurt. If you sub with yogurt, you may need some extra coconut water if it’s too thick to blend properly.
Recipe: Grape Pineapple Green Smoothie
Serves 2; 202 cals per serving
Ingredients:
1 cup green Grapes, freeze the night before
1 Banana, frozen
¼ cup Pineapple, frozen
2 Medjool Dates, pitted
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Kale, stems removed
½ cup Kefir
½ cup Coconut Water
½ – 1 cup Ice
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
