Goji berries have been used in medicine for centuries. They are low in calories and high in fiber and Vitamin C. They’re a good source of iron and Vitamin A, and even have some protein. Plus phytonutrients and trace minerals.

One of the most amazing ingredients in this smoothie is TOCOS, short for Tocopheranols and Tocotrienals. TOCOS are stabilized rice bran solubles that contain numerous vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C, D, E, Folic acid, Biotin) and minerals like Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Iron, Zinc, Manganese, Copper, Iodine and other Trace Minerals. TOCOS are a potent form of Vitamin E that works as a cancer fighter. And another bonus? TOCOS add a creamy, vanilla flavor which turns this into a powerhouse smoothie that tastes amazing too.

Ingredients:

  • Zest of 2 organic Oranges, then peeled and seeded

  • 1 Banana, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
