Whether it’s for your healthy breakfast or an after school treat for the kids, the tasty smoothie is a winner. Sweetness from fresh fruit, protein and healthy fat – all you need in a healthy smoothie, plus the spices to bring it to life. You’ll find the recipe at the end of the post.
(Even although a recipe may say it serves 1-2, you can share it out amongst a few more glasses – especially if you are just having it as a snack for yourself or the children.)
This recipe is from Zainab at the BlahnikBaker who was looking for some fast yet tasty recipes to help her through the early days following the birth of her baby. She says …
I could not imagine how busy my days would be but everyone warned me that I will have ZERO time to do anything. I believed them…as it’s always easier to ere on the side of caution. So I’ve been stocking up on breakfast ideas and this peach cobbler smoothie is going to be one of my go-to recipes. It’s a hearty, healthy smoothie recipe that tastes like a peach cobbler…put simply. Really!
