Recipe: Fruity Pumpkin-Pie-Spice Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Banana, frozen, sliced
- 1/2 Pear, sliced
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1 scoop Pumpkin Spice Amazing Grass superfood powder*
- 2 cups of raw Spinach
- Ice
- a shake of Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Guar Gum (optional)
Blend and enjoy your smoothie … whether from a glass or in a bowl covered with delicious toppings, the choice is yours!
* Alternately add some pumpkin pie spice to taste.

Making your own [pumpkin pie spice] costs less than buying a jar at the store. I bet you have all of the spices in your cabinet now: ground cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground allspice, and ground cloves. You just have to put them together!
Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Spice
Serves: 5 x 1 tablespoon servings, or to taste
Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Allspice
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
Mix well, and store in a jar.
