This favorite fruity green smoothie recipe from Jennifer at thesproutedlife.com can be an easy introduction if you are new to green smoothies. Or it can be an addition to your own smoothie recipes list.
Adding Peaches to a green smoothie means:
lending juiciness without added refined sugars
coming with polyphenols that have been shown to fight cancer cells.
combined with banana, the fruit easily overpowers the taste of spinach
... so feel free to throw in an extra large handful of the greens!

Ever since we invested in a vita-mix and an omega juicer, both green juices and smoothies have become a staple in our household. I don’t follow specific recipes necessarily and a lot of times I am kinda “cleaning out the fridge”, but I thought I would share a recipe for one of our favorites.
This peach banana spinach smoothie is great for people that are just starting out with green smoothies, since it does have a lot of fruit in it to mask the spinach.
