Recipe: Fruit n Oatmeal Smoothie

Serves 2


  • ½ cup old-fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 medium Apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 medium Pear, cored and chopped
  • ¼ cup Milk, your preference, plus more as needed
  • ¼ tsp. ground Cinnamon
  • pinch of ground Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
