Recipe: Fruit n Oatmeal Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- ½ cup old-fashioned Oats
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 medium Apple, cored and chopped
- 1 medium Pear, cored and chopped
- ¼ cup Milk, your preference, plus more as needed
- ¼ tsp. ground Cinnamon
- pinch of ground Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
