Ingredients: ( 1 full glass)
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/3 cup mango
- 1 small banana (about 1/3 cup when cut into pieces)
- juice of 1 lemon (more or less depending on your taste)
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut water or filtered water
