Recipe: Ever-Popular Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Serves 1 (2 cups)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe Banana, frozen works best
  • 1 cup Milk (any kind)
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Sprinkle ground Cinnamon

Blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Enjoy.
