Recipe: Ever-Popular Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Serves 1 (2 cups)
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe Banana, frozen works best
- 1 cup Milk (any kind)
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp smooth Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- Sprinkle ground Cinnamon
Blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Enjoy.
