I’m really busy just now. I’m tired due to lack of sleep and I have a lot to do over the next couple of weeks. I need some energy! So when I found this smoothie from the Incredible Tracy Russell I knew it would do the trick. It’s a high calorie, energy-boosting smoothie so be warned it’s not a diet smoothie. However it is a meal-replacement smoothie so you’re covered there. Tracy says it …
… provides plenty of calories, protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals to be breakfast, lunch or dinner! … It is a large smoothie so if you are not used to drinking this much at one time, you can either halve the recipe or drink half for breakfast the rest at lunch.
