Another tasty, low calorie smoothie recipe to help us on our way to weigh less! (Sorry, I couldn’t resist it, lol!) Make this with fresh or frozen cherries and strawberries.

The recipe calls for sweet cherries, but tart cherries have many health benefits, too, including easing muscle soreness after exercise. This is something we could all be suffering with at this time of year, as we start or take on extra exercise to go with our healthy eating plan.
