Recipe: Dr Oz’s Skinny Crispy Apple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
- 1 cored, seeded, quartered Apple
- 1 sliced Banana
- 1 peeled, sliced Carrot
- 1 cup Water
- 1 peeled, quartered Orange
- 2 handfuls of Spinach
Tips:
- Put the powder in after you add the water, because sometimes protein powder can become cakey or stuck in the bottom of the blender if you add it first.
- Enjoy this drink with a straw and think about what a great thing you are doing for your body.
