Apple Cider Vinegar is a rich source of good bacteria and enzymes. It contains acetic acid which lowers the blood pressure up to 6%. Moreover, if your diet includes grains, it can also help eat up the starches.
Honey has been used to treat wounds, and also heart, skin, lung and gynecological diseases for centuries. It is abundant in many beneficial substances and can be used even for weight loss. It contains enzymes that boost your metabolism and stimulate the digestive process, which help in weight loss. One teaspoon of honey daily can be very helpful to lose weight, reduce pain in the throat, and even can calm the nerves.
Cinnamon is the number one spice/herb for balancing blood sugar levels. It is one of the best anti-oxidants on the planet.
Lemon juice will also help you balance the blood sugar level, and it has an alkaline effect on your body helping to regulate pH and. The most importantly it contains Vitamin C.
The results of this drink will amaze you!

Is great warmed as a tea too for winter 😉
I work third shift. . . when should I try this?
Hi Melinda, thanks – interesting quesiton!
The advice at the bottom of the recipe says “Use: Make a fresh supply every morning. Drink this healthy glass every morning on an empty stomach, before you do anything else.”
So I’d expect you’d get greatest benefit taking this whenever you’d normally have your “breakfast”. (But I’m not sure how that synchs with your shift pattern…)
Hope it helps…
Ruth

Caribbean Dot make this
So – I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and put on Metformin. Switched to the ADA diet and saw 0 progress getting blood sugar below 140. Got lucky. I later found the Big Diabetes Lie book: http://abundant-life.me/a-review-of-the-7-steps-to-health-and-the-big-diabetes-lie/ and it’s been a huge change. I lost 30 pounds and 4 inches off my waist. Guys… doctors do their best but there’s something to be said for trying natural methods. I’m at a healthy blood sugar level, have more energy than ever, and can even work out twice on the same day when I feel like it. Don’t be afraid to follow your own natural path.
That lemon and honey I have all of that be low
Hi Minet Brown, no excuses then!
