This tasty recipe is from Denisse at LePetitEats. (You’ll find the details at the end of the post.) It’s full of blueberries and oats, providing lots of Vitamin C, soluble fiber, protein and is very filling. It’ always good to get a smoothie recipe that does not leave you craving more food an hour later.
Denisse is a private chef, caterer and food blogger based in Santa Barbara, so she is a busy woman. She reports …
… how crazy I am about smoothies. They are my official default quick/healthy/on-the-go breakfast, and they are a TOTAL morning life saver on those crazy days when I would probably otherwise skip breakfast … I have a tendency to just wake up and start working, and then I can’t seem to tear myself away until I am literally STARVING and HAVE to stop and eat. Are any of you like that too?
