Recipe: Dairy-Free Banana Gingerbread Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 700ml / 3 cups dairy or non dairy Milk (I used a mix of almond and coconut milk)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp grated Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground Ginger
  • ½ tsp ground Cinnamon
  • ? tsp ground Cloves

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Divide between two glasses, garnish with grated nutmeg and serve immediately.
