When occasionally I skip breakfast – it feels like I’m less alert and more easily distracted from my morning activities – more frequently than children who have breakfast all the time going to school.

I generally set up a decent breakfast that can be as snappy and simple as sprinkling some milk over grain, or making cereal – however, my current favorite is to make one of my super healthy smoothie recipes.
