Fall fruit and veggies are in this delicious, sweet and tart smoothie from Lindsey Johnson at CafeJohnsonia – and not a green leaf in sight, lol! Instead there are cranberries, pear, pecans and pumpkin – beautifully fresh seasonal fruits and veggies – although pumpkin is technically a fruit and not a vegetable even although we serve it as veg.
Lindsey says this smoothie is …
… the perfect thing to perk up your morning. I make a batch and it lasts me until lunch, unless I’m nice and share. Then it’s perfect for two people.
