I appear to be late to the party again and have missed out on the recent salted caramel craze.
Caramel flavor is (another!) one of my favorites, but I never quite understood why you’d want to add salt … Well, I’ve tried it now and, I admit, I like it.
So while we try to give you a wide range of smoothie ideas and flavor options, trying to keep them as healthy as possible, it is nice to, now and again, offer you a sweet treat, dessert-style smoothie.
This lovely salted caramel smoothie is from Corey at FamilyFreshMeals, who says …
… [smoothies] are a super breakfast, an awesome snack, or even a healthy dessert. Hold onto your straws, ’cause this one is a creamy keeper.
