Recipe: Coconut Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothie

Serves 10 ounces


  • 1 cup Rhubarb, frozen
  • ½ pint Strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 8 ounces Coconut Milk, or your milk of choice
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup Ice
  • ½ teaspoon Bee Pollen (optional)

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
