It’s not cherry season so why are we suggesting a cherry pie smoothie? Because it tastes sooooooo good. And it’s made with naturally sweet frozen cherries! Plus it’s full of protein and it’s gluten-free so everyone can enjoy it. And did I say the flavor is outta this world good? Opt for a naturally sweet, unsweetened version, or if you need a little more then add some maple syrup.

Recipe: Classic Cherry Pie Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen Cherries
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Milk (I used almond milk)
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned Oats (use gluten-free oats if making this smoothie GF)
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Almond extract
- pinch of Salt
- (optional) 1-2 teaspoons Maple Syrup or honey, to sweeten if needed
