Are you a fan of chocolate smoothies, like me?

Chocolate and raspberry, chocolate and banana, chocolate and coconut, chocolate and ginger – oh my, chocolate with anything is a wonderful combination in my book! And I’m so glad the scientists have settled on the fact that dark chocolate is good for you; another excuse to have some, lol!

Include some coconut in your smoothie and as well as adding more health-giving nutrients, it could even help you lose fat as part of a healthy eating program.
