Cherries are so delicious – especially with chocolate but alas there is no chocolate in this recipe. Never mind, this tastes so good you won’t miss it … on this one occasion, lol! (I’m sure we could add some.) The recipe is from Tess TheBlenderGirl and the details are at the end of the post.
We’re travelling at the moment and passed some farms selling fresh cherries at the roadside, but I don’t have a blender with me so can’t make this recipe with the fresh cherries. Will have to stick with frozen – and eat the fresh … big smile!
