I’ve been busy making myself smoothies for breakfast most days and this coconut, banana and chocolate smoothie is one of my favourites that I’ve been going back to again and again. The addition of oats makes it nice and filling and because it uses coconut milk it’s vegan and dairy free.

Recipe: Charlotte’s Coconut, Banana & Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup / 250ml Coconut Milk
- 1 heaped tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 heaped tbsp Oats
- 1-2 drops Vanilla Extract
Put everything into the blender and blitz until smooth. Can breakfast get any easier?
