Two options here. The first is to have a simple, light and refreshing carrot and mango smoothie; the second is to upgrade it to a green smoothie for little change to the flavor but for added nutrition. Actually there could be a third option in that you could make it into a meal-replacement. See the end for more info.
The recipe comes from Jennifer at PeanutButterAndPeppers and the ingredients list on the next page. Jennifer says …
The smoothie is made with simple ingredients, carrot juice, mango and ice. I added some water to blend better. This is a naturally sweet smoothie with the taste of carrots and a hint of mango. You have to like carrot juice otherwise this smoothie is not for you. Carrot juice is naturally sweet so no needed sugar in the smoothie.

Recipe 2: Carrot Mango Green Meal-Replacement Smoothie
Serves 1
To make the smoothie recipe on the previous page into a meal-replacement smoothie, ADD the following ingredients:
- a handful or two of Mache
- ¼ cup Coconut Water
- 10 Almonds OR 1 tbsp Coconut Butter OR Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Oats
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
NOTE: These additions are all mild flavors and will not significantly affect the flavor but will make it a more substantial smoothie and avoid any risk of blood sugar spikes.
