Recipe: Breakfast-Dessert Peanut Butter Cheesecake Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- ¾-1 cup Milk of choice (I use almond)
- 1/3 cup Cottage Cheese or Greek yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon Cream Cheese
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- a little Honey, Maple Syrup, or Sweetener of choice, to taste
- small handful Ice
Blend until smooth, pour into a glass and enjoy.
