Recipe: Blueberry & Basil Cheesecake Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen wild Blueberries
- 3 large Basil leaves
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Graham Cracker crumbs
- 2 tsp Flaxseed
- 2 tsp vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp Lemon zest
Optional: a little sweetener if required, or Maple Syrup
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
