Recipe: Black Blue n Rasp Berry Berry Smoothie
Serves 4-5
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups fat-free vanilla Yogurt, fat-free milk or soy milk
- 1 cup Blueberries, rinsed, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Blackberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp ground Flax seed
Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
