Recipe: Berry Cherry Coconut Smoothie for 200 Calories

Serves 2; approx 200 cals

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 cup Dark Sweet Cherries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 cup Pomegranate Juice, or 2/3 cup Pomegranate Arils
  • 1/2 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbs Lime Juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup Sparkling Mineral Water (or plain filtered water)

Optional: a few almond and coconut flakes to decorate.

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
